Question: Can i provide my own balloons?
Answer: When it comes to balloons for my work, i only use my balloons. The reason for this is because I prioritize QUALITY and want to ensure the BEST RESULTS for my balloon work.
Also, i double stuff my balloons 1-3 days prior to the event. This allows me to create stunning balloon arrangements that will truly impress your guests.
Question: Do you hold dates without a deposit?
Answer: We appreciate your interest and would like to inform you that in order to secure your preferred date, a deposit is required. This is due to the high demand for our services and our commitment to serving clients on a first come, first served basis. We understand the importance of your event and strive to accommodate all our clients. By securing your date with a deposit, you can ensure that your event receives our dedicated attention. Questions: Do you offer decoration packages?
Answer: Of course, as of now we offer small area decoration packages. We’re though working on expanding our selection of bigger decoration packages with and without table setting. Please stay tuned.
Question: Can you provide a mockup for a decoration before i send deposit?
Answer: We understand the importance of visualizing the decorations beforehand. Unfortunately, we are only able to create mockups after an event is booked. The purpose of a mockup is to show you how a decoration will look and to ensure it meets your expectations. While we don’t charge for the design, creating it takes time and dedication. Therefore, with a deposit, we can ensure that the client will move forward with the event.
Question: What’s your deposit, cancellation, and changes policy?
Answer: The deposit required to secure the booking is non-refundable. Additionally, any changes to the agreed-upon services must be made at least 2 weeks prior to the event. In the event of cancellation, any deposits or money received towards the remaining balance will be available as a store credit. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to providing you with exceptional service.
